Occupational safety experts; Persons with Class (B) and (A) certificates can work in all workplaces in danger class, and those with Class (C) certificates have the possibility of working in a less hazardous and dangerous classroom.

In workplaces that are classified as dangerous; at least 12 hours per month, plus at least 5 minutes per month per worker.

– In workplaces in the hazardous class; at least 24 hours per month, plus at least 5 minutes per month per worker.

– In workplaces that are very dangerous class; at least 36 hours per month, plus at least 10 minutes per month per worker.

At least one occupational safety expert is assigned to work in full-time for 1000 workers in the workplaces with less than 1000 workers. In case the number of workers is more than the full number of 1000, the occupational safety expert is assigned as an addition to the number of workers remaining in accordance with the criteria mentioned in the first paragraph.

At workplaces with 750 or more workers in a hazardous class, at least one occupational safety specialist is assigned to work for each 750 workers. In case the number of workers is more than the total number of 750, the occupational safety expert is assigned as an addition to the number of workers remaining in accordance with the criteria specified in the first paragraph.

For workplaces with 500 or more workers in a very dangerous classroom, at least one occupational safety specialist is assigned to work full-time for every 500 workers. In case the number of workers is more than the full number of 500, the occupational safety specialist shall be assigned as an addition to the number of workers remaining in accordance with the criteria specified in the first paragraph.
