Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, who describes the Eurasian economic summits as a tradition, does not regard the reputation of a civilian organization as a success story in 19 years but calls it a responsibility project.

IMMIGRANT MIGRATION; REFUGEE PROBLEM AND TERRORISM SESSION
The Caucasus and Azerbaijan Shaykh al-Islam Allahşükür Paşazade wished the meeting to contribute to the “Alliance of Civilizations lant and az World Peace Kafkas. He stated that the reason why World Peace is in danger is to move away from people’s “Spiritual Values Dünya. He added that Azerbaijani President İlhan ALİYEV was the leader of Multiculturalism in Azerbaijan.

Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomeos stated that Istanbul is at the crossroads of Asia and Europe. Today, “terrorism” occupied the first row of the international agenda, he said. Terrorism appears everywhere in the world from Paris to Lahore and uses the method of vandalism. He added that freedom is hope for the future, but without Solidarity, freedom can not be, because we share the same fate, we need to increase solidarity. He continued his words by stating that there is fear all over the world because of terrorism, that terror does not recognize borders, that terrorists use religion. The only fear of religion should be God. Because fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. However, terrorists fear using religion. Terrorists don’t believe in God. Every crime in the name of religion is an injustice inflicted on religion. People need to struggle with selfishness. Freedom is essential for the future, and without solidarity there is no freedom. Solidarity is a memory of brotherhood. We have to resist illegal immigration and get used to preventing the terror and immigration of illegal organizations. We have to encourage migration, unlike people.
Jordan (E) Prime Minister Tahher Al Masri is the main axis dividing terror people .  Economic, social, and religious differences can be separatist reasons. But interaction is very important. We must count differences in wealth. We have to stop the differences from being the cause of war. International terrorism should be avoided. Because there is “international terrorism”at the root of the “immigration problem”. To put an end to our suffering today, we must go to the root of the problem and go back to the beginning of the 20th century. The events that occurred at the beginning of this century are in fact the continuation of the previous century and we must read this century well. In the last two centuries, different ethnic groups have left their country to escape the genocide, now the war in the Middle East is the main reason for this migration. Sudan, Somalia and now the Syrians are forced to migrate. The cost of war and forced migration is high for Migrant – Refugee countries. However, the actual migration to the countries that load much larger costs.
I would like to address you as the representative of a country affected by terrorism, which is Belgium’s Minister of state (e) Emir Kar. In various countries of the world, we are affected by national terrorism, but terrorism is international. Now our democratic rights are at risk with terrorism. For this reason, being together as international communities is an effective form of combating international terrorism. Why was there an attack in Belgium? There are many questions. The investigative commission is investigating this. Terrorism is a global act. The fight against terrorism should be both in Europe and in the world. Our struggle should be in the form of preventive measures with both military and security forces. But the main risk is to increase protective measures. Turkey gained great experience in the fight against terrorism and therefore took great security measures. However, terror somehow manifested itself. The distortion of religious ideology has re-escalated terror in the Middle East. We can’t escape the fight against terrorism. Criminal organizations must be overthrown. An international coalition should be established. Military operations must end

Mufti Muhammad Jusuf Spahic Mufti of Serbia; everyone belongs to Allah. Our Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, we have another of these so-called religious leaders who we must worship. Terrorism leads to fear, but it is not true fear. True fear is fear of God. People from Syria are not refugees. They have their own homes, their own citizens, but they have been forced out of their homes. This is an “ethnic” and “religious” cleansing. Today, we see the same story of the struggles we have seen in history. Hz.The story of Moses’ struggle with Pharaoh, Hz. The story of Abraham’s struggle with Nemrut and The Last Prophet (PBUH). Unfortunately, we are experiencing similar struggles to the story of Muhammad’s struggle with the Nationalists.
Yusuf Çetin, the spiritual leader of the Turkish Syriac Kadim-Orthodox community, is at risk of extinction due to the “migration” of Syriacs in Turkey and Syria. Syriacs living in this region have been the most troublesome community. Syrian Syriacs suffer very much. The Syriacs who migrated have taken refuge in our Istanbul center. We’re trying to break this Syriacs. Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu gave us all kinds of support. We must help all refugees without any separation of religion or denomination. War and terror do not know religion, nationality, sects, etc. However, we have a lot in common in our divine religions. We must use our common values for the common problems of humanity. There is “love” at the base of the divine religions. The members of the semavi religion should live together in peace and peace.
