A WIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUMMIT REALIZES
XIII. The main reason for determining the main theme of the SME Summit as ’Industrial Transformation and Future SMEs ir is explained as follows. The world is on the verge of a new leap with the development of it technologies. Many writers and scientists describe it as a revolution. First, the phenomenon of’ Internet of objects ‘ began to enter into social life rapidly ‘ With this technology, machines and vehicles have to communicate with each other without human intervention and perform their functions without human intervention again. This situation brought about a final stage in production, unmanned production and production with zero errors. A new concept was born. Industry 4.0. But the most important actor of this concept was the big companies working with high technology, while SMEs producing these companies were born as a result of the need to transform quickly. Because the main producer started to demand that the supply provider make zero errors. Productivity growth has become the most important factor. XIII. The SME Summit is a comprehensive summit in which the problem and solution proposals of this situation are discussed in terms of SMEs.
TOSYÖV chairman of the board of directors Decent Tower, XIII. At the SME summit, he expressed his wish to address the technical aspects of this transformation. What are the solutions to these complications? Is there any easier way to solve problems by setting up demo factories? How to transfer information from companies that solve these problems to those who can’t? We will discuss all these issues in detail under the title we call’ digital transformation of future SMEs’. In the session we call ‘opportunities and threats for SMEs of the future’, we will discuss the opportunities and threats that this transformation will create for SMEs. We will examine the opportunities that the transformation will provide for competitive advantage and increase in productivity, but the threats that will arise in case of delay. Of course, the financing of all these changes needs to be dealt with separately. Whether the financial support method will transform into a support form for SMEs, which will provide a transformation with advanced technology, will be discussed as a separate session. What needs to be done with the title ‘support and financing opportunities for SMEs of the future’ will be discussed. It is also a very important collection of issues that we will address as the ecosystem of the SMEs of the future. We will address the new situation in which the future is likely to emerge from the ecosystem created by SMEs. We aim to discuss productivity, human resources and technological infrastructure in detail in this session.”
